I recently started taking a mushroom mix that also has lions mane and cordyceps and I think Turkey tail or something. It's amazing. I don't drink coffee (just don't like it sorry) and so I drink a cup of this in the morning. It's so good to get me going and keep me balanced throughout the day!

Nice! Mushrooms supplements are awesome. I find they help reduce anxiety as well (possibly brought on by the coffee). 😆🧘♂️
They really do, when I take them I notice I'm not so stressed about things at work!
